G.K. Gujar Memorial Charitable Trust is established in the memory of freedom fighter late Shri. G.K. Gujar (Bhai Gujar). G.K. Gujar Memorial Charitable Trust's K.N. Gujar Memorial Hospital was founded on 25th October 1974, inaugurated at the hands of Late Honourable Yashwantrao B. Chavan, the Deputy Prime Minister of India. Dr. Daulatrao Aher (Former Health Minister) inaugurated G.K. Gujar Memorial Charitable Trust's C.P.S. Post Graduate Institute.

Trust's Hospital is recognized for D.G.O., Ortho, D.C.H., D.P.B. and D.A., D.M.R.E. courses by College of Physician and Surgeon (C.P.S.) Mumbai. Trust's Chairman Dr. Ashok G. Gujar is selected by Government of Maharashtra and Central Government of India as a member of Public Hearing Committee of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board. Dr. Ashok G. Gujar (President of Microbiologist Society) has organized various national and international conferences.
